Northwest Hills full remodel and addition.
We took this 1970s home back to the studs to make it more efficient and functional for its owners. We added 350 SF to the rear of the home, creating a new primary bedroom and luxurious bathroom. The rooflines, ,stonework and siding blended seamlessly to give the home its classic charm back. Interior walls were removed from the family room and formal living room, to give it an open-concept layout for a large kitchen and living room. The home now features ample storage, and lots of natural light with its new custom Pella Impervia windows, and is very functional for the modern homeowner. We replaced all the mechanical systems, including removal of the old problematic cast iron pipes, and outdated electrical. The home now operates efficiently and comfortably, while maintaining the character in this Northwest Hills neighborhood. This home transformed from a 3 bed two bath, into a 4 bed 3 bath with room to entertain!
