The first step is to acquire land. We can design and build your home on land that you already own or our team can help you locate and purchase the land you would like to build your dream home on.
The second step is to design. Our experienced team will work with you to bring your vision for your home to life and truly create the home of your dreams. We can work with your existing floor plan, architect or help you start the design process from scratch.
The third step is to build your dream home. We oversee the entire home building process from start to finish. Our hands on approach ensures that your home is built with quality and meets the highest of standards. .

To get started, schedule a consultation or tour with us! We will sit down with you and get to know your vision for your dream home, and how your family, lifestyle and budget shape your vision. This will help us gain an understanding of what you are looking for and how to best serve you. We can even take you on a tour of one of our current projects for a behind the scenes look at the building process.
During your consultation, we will go over the details of our process and answer any questions you have.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to get to know us and ask any questions you may have.
After your initial consultation, we will meet with you to discuss the details of your construction agreement. We will go over the scope of your project, including budget, timeline and expectations for design, permitting, construction, etc. This is a chance for you to ask any questions about the agreement and make sure that you understand everything.
Next comes the design phase for your home—from floorplans and blueprints to exterior and interior material selections. Our experienced team will work with you and an architect to design the best floorplan and/or blueprints and develop construction plan documents needed to permit and build your dream home.
We can work with your interior designer, or partner with you alongside one of our preferred design centers to select all the materials for the exterior and interior components of your home. This is where you’ll select all the things—from exterior siding and masonry materials, windows and roofing, paint colors, to lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring and tile.
Once the colors are selected, we will inspect the lot to ensure it is ready for construction. We will also research any necessary permits & schedule a time for construction to begin.

At your pre-construction meeting, we will go over everything in detail that is necessary to build your home. At this meeting, we will:
After your home is framed, we will invite you to a pre-drywall orientation. This is an opportunity to see your home before the drywall is installed.
You will be able to tour your home and get a feel for the layout. This is also a chance for us to go over any changes or modifications needed.
Once your home is complete, we will invite you to a pre-closing orientation and final walk-through. This is a great opportunity to spot items that need to be corrected or adjusted and make sure that everything meets or exceeds your expectations. We strive for excellence and want you to be pleased with your new home, so we will take the time to go over every detail.
The final step is the homeowner orientation & closing. This is when the new homeowners meet with the builder to go over the construction of their home.
They will also receive the keys to their new home. In addition, the builder will go over the warranty information & any other important information that the new homeowners need to know.
This is an exciting time for everyone involved & it is the perfect time to ask any final questions that you may have.
